“Return to Forever” is a jazz fusion album by Chick
Corea, simultaneously functioning as the debut album by the band of the same
name. Unlike later albums by the group, it was released by the ECM label in
1972 and produced by Manfred Eicher. The album was not released in the USA
until 1975. The record is often considered one of the classic albums in
electric jazz.

Chick Corea, care este in acelasi timp si albumul de debut al trupei cu acelasi
nume. Spre deosebire de celelalte albume ale grupului, acesta a fost lansat de
catre marca ECM in 1972 si produs de Manfred Eicher. Albumul nu a fost lansat
in Statele Unite pana in 1975. Inregistrarea este deseori considerata a fi unul
dintre albumele clasice de jazz electric.
